Massentourismus. Massenabfertigung. Ballermann 2.0. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier falsch! Ich bin wirklich sehr traurig darüber, dass mein Freund und ich so einen Urlaub erleben mussten..
Die Zimmer sind an sich ok und sauber, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es dauert sehr lange bis das Wasser in der Dusche warm wird. Die Klimaanlage ist einfach viel viel viel zu laut… Die Kissen sind wie Betonsäcke. Nach diesem Aufenthalt hier ist leider erstmal Physiotherapie angesagt..
Jeden Tag das gleiche Essen.. zum satt werden reicht es aber mehr auch nicht. Teils waren Haare im Essen! Wir haben uns immer den hintersten Platz in der.. nenne ich sie mal „Essenshalle“ ausgesucht. Es ist einfach viel zu laut und viel zu voll. Überall überlaute Musik oder plärrende Kinder. Die Cocktails sind einfach nur widerlich. Gemixt mit irgendwelchen übersüßten Säften die absolut wässrig sind. Ekelhaft und ungenießbar!
Es gibt Mitarbeiter die bemüht sind einem bei Problemen zu helfen.. aber die meisten gucken einem mit dem A**** nicht an, sind einfach total unfreundlich und absolut hilflos… Am Strand wird man jeden Minute von irgendeinem Mitarbeiter angesprochen ob man nicht Massage, Fotoshooting, Brillenputzservice, Kamelreiten etc. In Anspruch nehmen möchte. Das ist einfach nur nervig!
Das Hotel liegt nur ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Flughafen entfernt, von diesem bekommt man im Hotel aber nichts mit (Fluglärm etc.). Um das Hotel herum gibt es aber nicht wirklich was zu erkunden. Die „Senzo Mall“ ist in der Nähe, aber diese ist nicht wirklich sehenswert, da sie augenscheinlich nur für Touristen erbaut wurde und die Preise dort zum Teil echt happig sind.

Fangen wir mit dem absoluten no-Go an.. jeden Abend.. aber wirklich ausnahmslos jeden Abend.. ist am Strand eine Party und die Boxen mit der Musik schallen bis in die Zimmer. Ich liege hier im Bett und habe das Gefühl, unmittelbar neben einem Club zu nächtigen. Ausreichend Schlaf erhält man hier nicht, da die ohrenbetäubende Musik erst um Mitternacht endet. Ein ABSOLUTER ALBTRAUM. Schnorcheln kann man dort an sich gut, bis man aber wirklich mal im etwas „tieferem“ Wasser ist muss man schon 300-400 Meter reinlaufen.. Badeschuhe sind ein Muss! Ansonsten hält man es nicht aus. Hat man keine dabei kann man sich aber problemlos welche am Strand ausleihen. Die Rutschen sind zu empfehlen. In der Lobby ist jeden Tag ein Tui-Mitarbeiter, welcher Ausflüge anbietet.

We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience with the air condition and pillows inside your room, however, we would like to note that our Engineering team and House Keeping team is in operation 24/7 on the resort’s premises, and available to investigate, check and fix the arising issues, if reported. With regards to your comment about the music being too loud, please be informed that the Animation Team works mostly in the Active Area, where the music is ongoing during the day, however, we do offer a Relaxing Area where, where we do not have music, allowing our guests to relax and enjoy their holiday. Furthermore, we would like to advise that Jaz Aquamarine and Bluemarine together having 20 different pools where our valued guests can enjoy their time. We would also note that our evening entertainment starts every evening at 20:00 and ends at 23:00 on the beach. The Jaz hotel chain is family friendly chain; therefore, we do not have any music played around the hotel after 23:00. Regarding your comment about children shouting, as above mentioned, please be informed that Jaz Aquamarine and Bluemarine are family friendly hotel, having families with kids spending their vacation here, which information is also publicly available. Lastly, we kindly advise you to do a thorough research before you book your next vacation in a hotel as the above mentioned negative feedback that you have provided is mostly about information that are already available and advertised.
