Die Lage eher ungünstig. Zimmer sehr hellhörig und klein. Frühstück lecker, der Ausblick oben auf dem Dach sehr schön.
Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und man konnte das Fenster nachts nicht offen lassen, da das Zimmer direkt unter einer Straße war. Das Badezimmer war modern, aber auch sehr klein. Zudem waren die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht richtig einstellen- entweder hatten wir Sauna oder es war saukalt. Außerdem vermuten wir, dass in unserem Zimmer geraucht worden ist, was nicht gerade angenehm war. Badezimmer wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt.
Haben einmal den Roomservice genutzt und uns Sandwiches bestellt die sehr lecker waren, doch es hat ziemlich lang gedauert bis die kamen. Das Frühstück war typisch türkisch, hat uns gut gefallen, wobei wir das Gefühl hatten das die Brotware vom Vortag teils einfach nur aufgebacken worden ist.
Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Doch beim auschecken mussten wir einen Schokoriegel bezahlen den wir nicht aus der Minibar genommen haben, da uns nicht geglaubt worden ist das wir das nicht waren! Ich hatte Geburtstag zu der Zeit und war sehr enttäuscht das es hierzu keine kleine Aufmerksamkeit gab, kenne ich sonst anders von Hotels!
Die Lage ist sehr ungünstig. Man hat zwar nur 5 min gebraucht um zur Metrostation zu kommen, aber Abends wollte man sich zu zweit (Mädels) nicht unbedingt in diesem Viertel aufhalten. Zum Galataturm 15 Gehminuten.

First of all, as per your request you made a booking with standard rooms through your online agency. and we always say our standard rooms are 20 square meters If you want to buy a larger room you can spend a more comfortable holiday. This is the first negative comment that we receive about our service and cleanliness .To your attention you can follow this on the Tripadvisor.com ranking list in which cleanliness is on the first ranking and in every review all guest praises about our service quality.So we do not accept your ‘’terrible’’ comment about our food quality, prices, and in generally about our restaurant. also about cleaning your bathroom,has to clean every day if you do not put a dnd card. rooms are checked by a second person after all cleaning. Our hotel is placed in one of Istanbul's most beautiful and most central area. To Taksim Beyoglu, Galata Bridge, Galata Tower are we in walking distance and we are in the middle point to ‘’the old city’’ and ‘’the new city'' . Via tram and bus stops it is easly to get acces everywhere. In addition, our hotel is opened since 2010 so really new and since we are located in a agency bank and commercial center of Istanbul, there is a big attention for cleanliness. also the metro station is 50 meters (2 minutes away) from the hotel and any guest who stayed in our hotel as two girls or more girls not complained about these issues. until this time there was no security problem around the hotel.How safe you are in the most crowded point of Istanbul is that you are so safe in the hotel. When it comes to minibar, During your stay in the hotel, your minibar is checked by the same person every day.and if you have made an expense from your minibar, it is very normal to be asked of you.also If you would appeal that on your check out time. we have to chance to give you that chocolate bar free of charge .
