Sehr dreckig !!! Alle Tische sind klebrig und werden auch nicht sauber gemacht. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption Herr Mohammad Mohammad sehr unfreundlich! Zimmer Reinigung reinste Katastrophe, der Mann ist in der 30 Sekunden fertig. Überall liegen noch Haare von Leute davor. Nicht zu empfehlen.

    Dear Mr. Behrad, Thank you for taking the time to write a review with the feedback on your flight layover here with us at Jaz Casa Del Mar Resort. The service provided to our guests is the primary concern and it would certainly appear that there was a breakdown in the high standards that we endeavor to maintain at the Jaz Casa Del Mar Resort and at all Jaz hotels and resorts. Please be assured that we are most grateful to you for having taken the time to bring this matter to our attention, as through constructive criticism such as yours, we are able to monitor our hotel operations more closely and take corrective action when necessary. We deeply regret to read that we failed to meet your expectations in some areas. Be sure that we are always open for any constructive comments from our guests, as these can definitely help to monitor our operation better and continue to improve our service. Please be informed that we have spoken with the Housekeeping, Reception and Food and Beverage department Heads, clearly expressed your thoughts in regards to your constructive comment. Clean rooms, clean tables at all our restaurants is a minimum standard at our house, and I assure you that such an incident will not occur again.
