My experience in the Hotel Sonnbichl was simply fantastic. The staff has done everything that was possible to make our stay (5 nights) as agreable as possible. The room was splendid, comfortable, well equiped, very strong wifi signal, digital TV, clean everywhere. The area is calm and beautiful. Magnificent views from the room on the valley of Sankt Anton and the surrounding mountains. The interior of the whole hotel was cosy. Above all, the kitchen was very good. We were in halp pension and 5-course menu each evening was a great experience. The lady of the house is also the cook and does a marvelleous job. There were Italian influences in her kitchening and the quality of the restaurant was far above the average Austrian kitchen experience. This is the perfect hotel for all those who are looking for a quite place from where you can discover the beautiful landscapes of Tirol during your daily excursions. This was a summertime experience. The hotel is not at the base of the ski lifts, so in winter, one has to inquire how to reach the skiing areas.

dear roland, thank you for your very good review of our hotel. we are very happy that you enjoyed the stay in the sonnbichl and loved our traditionell cuisine. for the wintertime the skibus stop in front of the house and takes you in 2 minutes to the lifts see you next time in st. anton am arlberg kind regards mathias
