Hotel Belle Helene Beach

Dear madam, Thank you very much for your comment and we are very sorry that we could not meet your expectations. Of course you must know that you came in our hotel for vacations during coronavirus period. That means that for your and our safety, we have to follow specific protocols that are used all over the world. At the time you came in our hotel, there was a restriction from Hellenic Government for the music so we could not have any in our hotel and also in Greece in generally. Also, our staff must keep as much distance as possible (because of coronavirus) from our guests and they can come closer for an order only by guest’s call. Unfortunately for the time being, we cannot work like we used to do before the virus crisis. If you had any problem with our food, it would be great if you could just let our staff know and we could solve it immediately. Most of our guests are very happy both with our service and especially for our food. Finally, on the left side of our pool there is a shower which you probably didn’t saw during your holidays or you didn’t asked us. With kind regards, Kourkoulou Eleni Manager
