Dear Claudia, Thank you for highlighting our beautiful facilities, amazing pool area, excellent foo and our very attentive and friendly staff. It is wonderful to read your honest comment that our hotel is a dream for the eye! On the other hand, we were surprised to read your comments regarding your noise disturbance as our hotel is famous for it's calm and relaxing ambiance. We are sorry your expectations were not met in this specific area and would like to assure you that had we known of your concerns at the time we would have responded immediately in order to offer you our best services and assistance that would ensure the most enjoyable and relaxing stay for you!
