Sehr ruhiges, sauberes und weitläufiges Hotel. Der Service ist in allen Bereichen hervorragend. Sowohl die kompetenten und freundlichen Rezeptionist*innen, als auch die Shuttlefahrer, aber auch der Restaurant- und Barservice ist exzellent.
Der private Pool direkt am Zimmer war leider etwas zu kalt im Oktober, aber das ist nur unsere persönliche Empfindung. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und super sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem (am liebsten hätten wir die Matratze mit nach Hause genommen *grins*).
Die Buffet-Restaurants bieten eine riesige Auswahl an täglich wechselnden super leckeren Gerichten. Das Nachtisch-Buffet ist einfach grandios. Oft spielt bereits zum Frühstück oder auch beim Abendessen eine Person etwas gediegene Livemusik (z.B. Pianospieler oder Saxophonist).
Das Personal ist in ALLEN Bereichen einfach nur hervorragend, immer sehr freundlich, kompetent und oft sogar außergewöhnlich empathisch.
Das riesige Hotel-Areal wird durch einen Shuttle-Service bedient, der u.a. auch direkt an den Strand fährt. Über Tag fährt das Shuttle alle 20min, am Abend sogar alle 10min. Das Hotel liegt am Hang was einen tollen Blick zum Meer bietet.

Wir haben keine speziellen Spa Angebote genutzt. Die Pools sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt abendliche Livemusik.
