Friendliness, helpfulness and courtesy are values we hold very dear, and it is gratifying to know they shone through at every touchpoint of your stay. It is also great to hear that your room felt spacious and was kept to the highest standard of cleanliness, and that your balcony with its partial sea view was a pleasant spot to enjoy. We take note of your comments regarding the bathroom size and the limited seating in the lobby area — both are valuable observations that we will pass on to the relevant teams. We are glad the indoor pool came to the rescue during the early May cold snap and that it proved a comfortable and well-maintained alternative! Your tip about beach shoes is also a very helpful one for fellow guests. How lovely that you also found time to explore the island — Lindos and Rhodes Old Town are truly special, and it sounds like the car rental from reception made the whole experience wonderfully easy and affordable.
