Dear Lisa, Thank you for taking the time to share your personal review with the holidaycheck community. We were truly surprised to learn that your expectations were not met during your stay with us, especially since the beach towels are changed 4 times a week in the Spa area, the food that we offer to our guests is entirely homemade and freshly made and for this reason we are repeatedly complimented by the vast majority of our enthusiastic guests who also complement our large and delicious all-inclusive food selection. In reference to the Luna Park we do not have and we do not advertise this kind of service on our website or anywhere else. The tennis court and the mini golf court are in full operation and they are located at the back of the hotel (street side) and the volleyball court is shared with our sister hotel, next door. The indoor pool is indeed closed due to our most updated Hygiene Protocols. The midnight snack is offered every night from 22:00 to 00:00 in the Casino Bar and our midnight snack includes, sandwiches, baguettes, fruits, tortillas and so on. There are no records of a report from any of our guests about receiving a rude reply as the one that you mention as our staff is thoroughly trained to provide the highest level of customer service and in the odd case that their service was not up to standard for any reason, our guests would definitely report something like that, directly to us. The photos that you have uploaded regarding a public area and street are from the hotel next door, that is not a member of our Esperia Group hotels and one would have to turn and zoom towards the back of the hotel and not towards the room’s direction that is a side sea view. We are also sorry you were unimpressed by the large variety of our animation shows or by our day time sport activities like yoga, Pilates, Zumba etc. Kindly note that our all-inclusive program begins at 07:00 in the morning and ends at midnight.
