Das Hotel ist, was es verspricht, ein Familienhotel. Für die Kids ist alles dabei. Eis, Wasserrutschen, Strand eine schöne Poollandschaft und gutes Essen. Für Ruhesuchende, die Familienlärm meiden möchten, ist das Hotel bedingt geeignet. Essen ist top, Personal ist zu 90 Prozent super, nur die Mädels der Bluebar scheinen kein Spaß bei der Arbeit zu haben. Sie machen aber das, was sie sollen. Schnell Getränke servieren, nur am lächeln fehlt es, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Das übrige Personal ist top. Die Sauberkeit ist 5 Sterne würdig. Unterhaltungsprogramm, auch für die Kids, ist super, aber für Ruhesuchende weniger geeignet. Beschallung oder Kindergeschrei ist überall. Wir sind als Familie mit Kleinkindern (3 Jahre / 5 Monate) verreist, da ist klar das immer mal das eigene oder ein anderes Kind schreit. Zimmer sind in die Jahre (jedensfalls unseres) gekommen, aber sauber war es und die Matratzen waren auch gut. Daher wir nicht das beste Mamor oder die edelste Fliese benötigt. Es war sauber und wir konnten gut schlafen. Mehr ist meines Erachtens nicht wichtig. Wer den Raum auf 20 Grad kühlen muss, muss eine laute Klimaanlage in Kauf nehmen. Alles Restaurants sind qualitativ gut und es gibt immer etwas zu essen. Nur das Main Restaurant (Frühstück) erinnert an eine Großkantine und ist laut, man kann aber auch draußen sitzen und dann passt es auch. Hier sollte man zeitig oder spät zum essen kommen. Das Essen und Personal war jedoch super, Essen hat geschmeckt und war vielfältig und Personal war auf zack. Selten erlebt.
