Wir haben eine Pauschalreise für Kreta gebucht und alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Flüge sowie der Transfer hat alles super funktioniert. Hotel war ebenfalls gut und in der TUI App konnte man alles nachverfolgen. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Das Zimmer & Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Die Beratung von TUI war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir werden auf jeden Fall öfters über TUI buchen. Angenehm einfach. :-)
