Das Hotel ist sehr groß, hat eine tolle Lobby, schöne Restaurants und einen wunderschönen Poolbereich. Die Lage ist super, direkt an der Metro.
Wir waren einige Tage in Abu Dhabi, bevor wir nach Dubai weitergezogen sind. Das Zimmer war etwas kleiner als unser vorheriges Zimmer im Fairmont in Abu Dhabi, aber hatte alles, was man brauchte und wurde täglich gut gereinigt. Wir hätten einen tollen Ausblick gehabt, wenn die Fenster mal geputzt worden wären. Das hat den Blick eindeutig getrübt und war sehr schade. Betten sind sehr gut. Es gab eine Wanne, Dusche und viel Stauraum für die Kleider.
Hier fällt die Bewertung sehr unterschiedlich aus. Das Frühstück war wirklich richtig gut. Einzige Ausnahme: Für uns Deutsche wirklich keine essbaren Brötchen und das Brot wurde in kleinen Stückchen serviert. Besser wäre es, wenn man Brote bekäme, von denen man sich entsprechende Scheiben abschneiden kann (war im Fairmont in Abu Dhabi deutlich besser). Ansonsten waren wir vom Abendbuffet eher enttäuscht. Es gab an Hauptgerichten extrem wenig an Auswahl und schon am 3. Tag hat sich das Meiste wiederholt. Da war das Fairmont um Welten besser. Sehr schade. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich aus diesem Grunde nur noch Frühstück buchen. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war sehr gut.
Der Service war sehr gut. Alle waren freundlich und haben stets nett gegrüßt. Unser Fahrzeug konnten wir jeden Tag vor der Tür abgeben. Es wurde dann in der Garage geparkt und am kommenden Tag wieder für uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Alle Mitarbeiter im Restaurant waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns schnell und einwandfrei bedient. Unser Wunsch nach Allergikerbettwäsche wurde sofort umgesetzt. Unsere Rückflugtickets konnten wir beim Concierge unproblematisch ausdrucken lassen.
Fahrt von Flughafen zum Hotel ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Leihwagen. Metro direkt vor der Tür, wenn man nicht selber Auto fahren möchte. Hierüber ist alles gut erreichbar.

Wir haben nur den Poolbereich 1 x genutzt. Leider waren viele Deutsche im Hotel, die - wie soll es auch anders sein - morgens bereits die besten Plätze reservierten. Wenn man nachmittags nach einem Ausflug zurückkam, waren keine Plätze mehr vorhanden. Deshalb haben wir nach einem Mal aufgegeben und sind lieber zum Strand gefahren. Wellness und Fitness haben wir nicht genutzt.

We were delighted to hear that overall you enjoyed your stay and appreciated our convenient location, your clean room with great facilities and comfortable bed, as well as attentive service provided by our team members. Our location as you mentioned is advantageous; we're 12 minutes from the Dubai International Airport and a short walk from the Dubai World Trade Centre, which is linked by an air-conditioned metro footbridge. The metro is right outside our door, with connections to Burj Khalifa, Museum of the Future, Dubai Frame and other shopping and entertainment areas. We are sorry to hear that your view was hindered by unclean windows. Due to the fact that the windows are not opening and weather in the last few weeks has not been kind to us, we regret that we were unable to offer a perfectly clear views. We can only tell you that we have a cleaning schedule in place and that cleaning the entire building takes nearly two months. Please note that this is just an interpretation and not an excuse for what you've experienced. Thank you for your thoughts on the dinner. We regret that you found dinner buffet to be not varied enough. Please rest assured that your feedback was shred with our culinary leaders who will take a closer look of the arose challenge and we will do our best to improve in this area. We also appreciate for bringing to our attention reservations of the sunbeds. Please be assured that this was discussed with the head of responsive department and actions will be taken immediate for better monitoring of the availability of sunbeds around the pool area. On another hand, it was a pleasure to hear that our team went above and beyond to make your stay more comfortable, and were able to immediately after getting to know about your preference to offer allergy-friendly bed linen, team in the restaurant was courteous and served quickly and perfectly, as well as our concierge team was helpful and managed to assist with printing the tickets without a hustle.
