Sehr schmutzig, Duschkabine 50x50!?. Unmöglich zu duschen. Draussen Abwasser stinkt. Billigste Essen ohne Menü Aushang, immer kalt, Reste von gestern-schlimmer als schlechte Betriebskantine. Nur Klimaanlage, W-Lan und Wasser im Schwimmbad ist gut. Schlimmeres Hotel haben wir noch nicht Erlebt.

Dear Arik, thank you very much for your review and feedback. Please note CNic Hellinis hotel is a city hotel 3 Star very close to the city centre and the airport. A value for money hotel with a unique location which is not allowed for some changes as his structure and bathroom renovations. Yes, indeed, the bathrooms are small but definitely can be used. Regarding the sewage it's not the hotel's fault as sometimes the area near the lake smells. Menu notices from 4 Star hotels and higher.
