Wir waren jetzt schon 7x in Dubai und waren immer zufrieden, das ist das 1. Hotel wo wir sehr enttäuscht sind

    Keine Motorriesierten Wassersportangebote wie z.B Jetski, Parasailing Nur Tretboot und Standup-Pudel möglich und das sehr teuer. Die Wasserrutschen können nur von Kindern ab einer Größe von 1m genutzt werden, Erwachsene dürfen sie gar nicht nutzen auch nicht zusammen mit den kleineren Kindern. In der Hotelbeschreibung steht dies nicht!

We are nevertheless truly saddened that it is felt your experience in some of the areas did not meet the level of service that we strive to offer and that we are known for. Our top priority is to provide our guests with pleasurable, safe, and secure experiences in compliance with government regulations. Our website has the most recent information on the facilities, meal plans, packages, and benefits, that guests may explore. Our front desk staff efficiently communicates the hotel's facilities and additional benefits to guests during check-in. The welcome card contains all the details, such as our facilities' locations, operating hours (including duration of the facilities), and services offered. Our dedicated recreation team at the pool & beach & service team at each outlet, our housekeeping team on each floor with our guest relations staff, along duty managers at the lobby, are always accessible to assist with any specific needs or requests to ensure that our guests have the most pleasant stay possible. It is saddening to know you did not have the opportunity to meet with them. We do our utmost to fulfill our guests' desires by providing flexibility and even going out of our way to ensure that our guests' demands are met. We unfortunately cannot turn back the clock; however, we sincerely hope we may persuade you to reconsider paying us another visit.
