First we thank you for taking a time to add your feed back about the Hotel Mr. Andreas, for all the above raised by your good self but we confess that you have the right in the point of some ants which have been reports by your guide and immediately we have had taken the action to clean the toilet,then nothing reported by your guide either your good self,for the All inclusive package and according to the contracts with Tour operators the All inclusive program starts by 8:30 AM till 00:00 and served only by glass which is one way in outdoors for health reasons and glasses inside doors,the Hotel staff always delighted to serve the All inclusive guest even if he asked for more than one drink,the guests is always safe and how can we tell the guests not to go out of the rooms,as they definitely come to enjoy all the facilities of the Hotel(are we in a prison??!!!!) so such comments haven't been reported before!.there is no one follow our guests here and if this happened to Mr.Andreas why he didn't tell neither to his guide who has a daily visit to the hotel nor to the Front Office Manager to know who is doing that if its true.., Any way we appreciate your feed back and we do our best to meet our prospective guest expectations.
