We appreciate Mr. Krystian comments but due to the nature, Windy Weather at this time the sun beds and chairs by the Beach and the Pool seemed unclean sometimes Also it's published on our website and our contracts with all Tour Operators that we have a lobby bar(Omar El-shrief),Pool Bar(Sun Shine) and Beach Bar(Bikini Bar) and all of them you can enjoy the All Inclusive drinks and snacks to cover all the Hotel areas and Plastic cups only used by the outdoor areas for Safety reasons, In addition to The Watermelon is available free of charge during meals at the Restaurant but all Cocktails, fresh juice and Fruits outdoor by the Beach or the pool are Chargeable, also as per our contracts only one Bottle of Water for our guests upon arrival. Any way we will do our best to improve our services to meet with our Guests satisfaction in the future.
