sehr gut, negativ war, dass von TUI oder 12Fly keine Inforamtionen, kein Ordner, keine Kontaktmöglichkeiten bestand und keine Informationsveranstaltung stattgefunden hat. Aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts! ;-)
