Dear Guests, Thank you for posting your review on HolidayCheck website. My team and I were sorry to read that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. We wish you had shared this with us once you were here so we could have acted immediately and proceed to all certain actions to correct what caused this inconvenience to you. Be sure that our prime aim is to provide high quality services in all Hotel aspects and we are very sorry that we didn’t succeed in this case that felt our usual attention. Please allow me to refer to an issue you have raised. Our Hotel is only 22 kilometers away from the airport, therefore it is impossible on an island not to see or hear some airplanes flying in the air, but with no way our Hotel isn't on an airplane path. We really hope, though, that you will give us the chance in the future to welcoming you once again to our premises and we will secure that you will be fully satisfied with all Hotel services.
