Dear Birgit, Thank you for your review. We are sorry that we didn’t manage to fully satisfy you during your stay. We are glad that you have enjoyed the food and the friendlinliness of our staff. We are really sorry to read that our facilities were not up to your liking. If we knew your disappointment came mainly from the type of the room you have received, we could had suggested you many other alternatives in order to satisfy your needs while you were with us Regarding your comments about the amount of the umbrellas, kindly note that due to Covid restrictions the layout of seats on swimming pool decks (sunbeds, chairs, sun loungers, etc.) should be such so that the distance between the two different umbrellas be at least 4 meters in each direction. That is the reason we had to limit the umbrellas ,but we do have enough sun loungers for all of our guests, all around the hotel. We do hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you back at which time we will spare no effort in providing you with our utmost service experiences.
