Schöne Anlage 1 Pool und Kieselsteine am Strand man ist schnell in der Altstadt und kleine Geschäfte und Restaurant in der nähe allerdings sind die liegen alt zuwenig Schirme haben uns einen Leihwagen gemietet und sind an andere strände gefahren zudem wurde auf Beschwerden nicht eingegangen wir wollten nur einen Kaffee trinken gehen und dann hat sich einfach jmd anders auf unsere liege gelegt wir wollten uns beim restaurantmanger beschweren er meinte er wäre nicht zuständig hat die Rezeption informiert nur es passierte garnichts wir werden das hotel nicht mehr buchen zudem wurde abends bei den Shows garnicht an corona gedacht es war sehr voll und von Abständen keine Spur
Tv 1 deutsches Programm eher altmodisch eingerichtet Ausser das Bad war neu renoviert das Bett fanden wir unbequem
Das Essen war ok allerdings wurde in der 2ten Woche sehr gedrängelt am Buffet man hatte Handschuhe an und Maske auf was natürlich nix bringt wenn nirgendwo der Abstand eingehalten wird und darauf auch nicht geachtet wird
Die Jungs von der Poolbar waren wirklich sehr freundlich auch im Restaurant sehr nett es war für uns ok auch die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hat auf meine Beschwerde das unser Zimmer nicht geputzt wurde gut reagiert allerdings fehlt mir dafür Verständnis
Die Lage fanden wir gut alles in der Nähe 10 min vom Flughafen kleine Geschäfte in der nähe

Dear Stephanie, Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback following your recent stay at Avra Beach Resort. We were disappointed to read that you were not satisfied with your overall visit at our hotel and we would like to apologize for not being able to meet your expectations. Furthermore Our hotel has taken extreme measures to protect Guests, Staff and the local community. Our main focus under the circumstances is our Guests well being and safety We operate under very strict rules and protocols. We fully comply with the instruction of the Local Authorities and collaborate with them. All around the hotel we do have signage and floor markings so to remind to our customers to keep their distance from one another. Moreover kindly note that we had to limit the umbrellas ,but we do have enough sun loungers for all of our guests, all around the hotel. Also every morning our staff is collecting Regarding the comments about the amount of the umbrellas, kindly note that due to Covid restrictions the layout of seats on swimming pool decks (sunbeds, chairs, sun loungers, etc.) should be such so that the distance between the two different umbrellas be at least 1,5 meters in each direction. That is the reason the towels from sunbeds that are reserved ,without a guest being there We truly hope to welcome you back in the near future and extend our true hospitality.
