Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich sehr schön. Vor allem das Aquarium im Hotelbereich und der kostenlose Zugang zum „The lost chambers Aquarium“ sowie dem Aquapark ist super. Nur deshalb würde ich das Hotel auch weiterempfehlen. Die Menge an Menschen und dadurch auch der Lärmpegel ist jedoch vor allem beim Frühstück enorm. Auch der Service ist teilweise verbesserungsfähig.
Der Abfluss stank enorm.
Restaurantpersonal war teilweise überfordert.
