Atlantica Amalthia Beach Hotel

This was my answer on trip advisor and I also publish it here.... Good afternoon from Amalthia My reactions towards guests always depends of their attitude... Firstly we had indeed a problem with the pool due to poring rain during 7 hours that brought soil from the gardens into the pool To be able to clean the water, we used not chimicals but liquid oxygen and as you insist on being a pool owner, you know that it disinfects and cleans water for us to be able to clean the bottom of the pool with the brush Also, when you came to me at the reception and "blackmailled" me to "make you happy" by giving a bottle of wine..... (which is saved and written on the camera with sound located at the reception!!!), it shows immediatly the "level" of guest that you are and not the bad management of the hotel. Also a guest from Germany that was sitting in the reception area, told me that he was ashemed that he was German to hear such reactions.... To be noted, the 3 days we had problems with the pool, we gave free of charge the sunbeds & umbrellas at the beach with full towel and water service To be also noted, the days of the problem of the pool, we had the water analysed by a chimical company that showed the water proper to use even though its color was green-brown Also concerning Amalthia Wave restaurant, please read the reviews of the last 2 years we took over the management of the restaurant...
