Nie mehr wieder sieht uns diese Anlage! Die Becker abgenutzt und schmutzig, wo man nicht weiss ist es schon 5x benutzt oder einfach nur alt und belegt. Holzbesteck in der Snackbar. Der Meereingang von Felsenplatten übersät- ohne Schuhe nicht rein zu gehen. Mit kleinen Kindern sehr gefährlich. Das Wasser selbst sehr sauber und warm. Die 2 Pools in der Anlage sehr milchig und schmutzig. Die Pools wurden in der ganzen Woche nicht ein einziges mal gereinigt. Die Pools im Wasserpark eine Katastrophe. Schmutziger geht es nicht mehr. Die Animation furchtbar. Nur in Englich, griechisch, französisch gehalten. Von einem Kinder/Familienhotel weit entfernt. Die Luegen am Pool sowie am Strand abgenutzt durchgelegen und schmutzig. Die Sonnenschirme hauptsächlich zerfetzt und kaputt. Beach Soccer und Beach Volleyball nicht zu empfehlen. Man schneidet sich an den Steinen und dem Holz im Sand die Füsse auf. Das Hotel ist überfüllt zu 98% nur Engländer. Die dort auch alle Rechte haben. Das einzige positive ist das Essen im Restaurant und die Zimmer. Essen im Restaurant sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Das Essen in der Snackbar eine Frechheit. Kalt von Anfang an, keine Auswahl, schmutzige Teller und Becher und Holzbesteck. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Die Minibar gähnende leere wird auch nicht aufgefüllt. Diese Anlage ist keine 3 Sterne Wert. Soviel Geld für 1 Woche- der totale Reinfall. Diese Anlage wird uns nie wieder sehen und wir empfehlen es auf keinen Fall weiter. Mit Rhodos nicht zu vergleichen.

In regards to the snack bar, kindly note that since our team is environmentally conscious, wooden cutlery are provided to ensure our guests comfort as well as their health and safety as food is often carried out from the snack bar to the pool. Additionally, the snack bar serves a good variety of hot and cold options, ranging from grilled meat, different types of vegetables/ salad bar to sandwiches, fruits and more, for the convenience of our guests while they are enjoying their time at the pool or the beach. Regarding our pool area, kindly note that our pools are cleaned daily at 6pm. The health and safety of our guests is of paramount importance to us. All our procedures are therefore in accordance to the health and safety regulations, which are followed strictly.
