We are saddened to hear your comments about our food and lack of efficient service and therefore like to apologize that we did not met your expectations. We are mostly known for our attentive and friendly staff and the good quality of food as many guests have already reviewed. We also like to inform you that the use of glasses at pool area, beach and take away service base to the EU health & safety regulation is not permitted therefore all guest are served on plastic glasses. We hope you will giving us another chance and returning to our hotel in the future so we can have the chance to speak in person while you are in the hotel.
