Our hotel is housed in a building of historic/architactual importance and is listed as such. We have chosen to decorate our hotel rooms and general area's with furniture that has a classical look&feel. We are disappointed to read that this choice doesn't have your preference. We apologize for the issue with the climate controle. Our technical service checked your climat controle unit btu was unable to resolve the issue. We have outsourced the trouble shooting to the company concracted to maintain our buildings operating systems. We hope you enjoyed the city of Maastricht.
