Das Hotel liegt sehr einsam, was für einen Erholungsurlaub gut ist. Die Anlage macht auch im ersten Moment einen gepflegten Eindruck. Beim zweiten Blick haben jedoch Mitreisende Schimmel im Zimmer entdeckt und unangenehme Gerüche. Leider hatte man auch den Eindruck, dass die italienischen Gäste bevorzugt werden. Der Großteil des Personals war jedoch im Allgemeinen sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Zimmer befand sich im Haupthaus mit Blick auf die Einfahrt - zum Schlafen eher suboptimal! Partylärm bis um halb vier in der Nacht, danach abreisende Gäste, dann der Gesang des Muezzin bis um halb sechs morgens. Auch die Algen am Strand könnten mit ein wenig gutem Willen entfernt werden. Gleich bei unserer Ankunft wurde ich geradezu dazu gedrängt, einen Ausflug über das Hotel zu buchen, was jedoch teurer war, als die von meinem Reiseveranstalter angebotenen Trips und für mich eher unangenehm. Großer Pluspunkt ist das Essen: Eine reichhaltige Auswahl bei allen Mahlzeiten und Top-Service! Alles in allem kein Horror-Urlaub und für zwei bis drei Tage ok, für einen längeren Erholungsurlaub wie in meinem Fall würde ich jedoch eine andere Anlage wählen. Daher keine Weiterempfehlung

Dear Guest first of all thanks for choosen Waridi Beach Resort for your holiday and for sharing your review with our community. We read with attention your comment and we reply to some points/aspect directly in english as for our international community that can be updated. Beach - the Beach Hotel private area is always cleaned, daily but we cannot ensure a cleaning of external portion that not belong to the Hotel being part of Zanzibar government. Could be necessary that eachone (local or tourist) could respect much more the local environment. Regarding low tides we cannot manage this natural phenomenon that change daily/periodically on the island. Moldy smell - this period is enough wet so it's always necessary regulate the air conditioner on the dehumidifying position. We remember that are located in a tropical destination. Arrivals/departure: unfortunately can happen during the week that we have arrivals and departure during the early morning or late evening, it's normal consider the high traffic on zanzibar. We're sorry if you werent' satisfied about it, but we'll try to do our best for the future even if it's also important that each guest when arrive/leave to the Hotel, take into consideration that there are other guest in the whole Hotel; it's also important to maintain always the total silence after a certain hour, when during own holiday a guest back into the hotel. The Muezzin - we're base in a mueslim country so can happen to listen it, but we have to respect it in the full respect of all cultures and religions Excursions - During the Hotel briefing we remember to all our guest that during their stay we have an info point at disposal for further information on discover island and usually at disposal for our local partner that propose the excursion, yours included.
