Hello, The suites are located in 3 diferent buildings and some of them have sea view, some pool view and some face the coridor that leads to the pools. The pools are very close to the duildings and it is very easy to get there. Have a nice day

Good evening, There is a washing machine in the hotel. You can use it during the day except the midday hours (14:00-17:00) and the cost is 5€ per wash.

Hello, yes the superiors are as you describe on the ground floor and by the pool. There are only two rooms that are situated on the first floor but the majority is downstairs. Through which travel agency / chanel are you trying to book?
