Akkaya Villa is very close to our swimming pool. There are four nicely decorated rooms in our motel for short term visitors. The rooms are overlooking our swimming pool and famous Akkaya Lake.    There are 3 types of rooms.   2 Twin rooms are sharing one bathroom.There is an attic room with bathroom, minibar and balcony.The master room has also a bathroom, minibar and balcony.   About  AKKAYA VALLEY:       Akkaya Valley is located in the outskirts of Dalaman Town. Only 20 km. of drive away from the Dalaman International Airport. A great alternative to the usual Holiday resorts in the area. Akkaya Valley, also called the Secret Valley, for a good reason. It is ‘’away from it all’’, and yet, close to amenities like restaurant, bar and shop. There are the grand views of Akkaya Lake, mountains, pine forests, citrus and olive groves, which makes the valley ideal for a tranquil and quiet Holiday. Due to the building restrictions, only a small number of houses and villas were built in the area. A car, however, is a must, especially to get to the Dalaman Town Centre, and drive to the other towns and beaches.

ACTIVITIES IN AKKAYA:       Relax. Sunbathe. Swim. Sleep. Akkaya Valley is perfect for a tranquil Holiday, but this does not mean the area is isolated from the world. We have many local attractions for all our guests. 
There is the Akkaya Garden Restaurant  with its five star menu, by the stream. The restaurant’s naturally landscaped garden area is perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dining. You may simply want to relax with a book or a drink by the Bar, or, at one of our famous ‘’Stork’s Nests’’. You must try the fish and Akkaya Special Steak in the restaurant.
You can try the Akkaya Lake Boat Trip. You will be taken to the Akkaya Gorge (only accessible via boat or sailing), where you can marvel at one of Turkey’s hidden nature’s secrets. There is a sandy beach by the Lake, where you may go for a swim, sunbathe, or dine and drink at our Beach Club (not to mention the BBQ parties!).
We have an Indoor Sports Centre and Gym, as well as, an Indoor Pool in the Valley, for those who wish to keep fit, during their Holiday.
Also, you can go sailing, canoeing, and fishing on the lake, with our own private excursions.
The Akkaya Horse Farm and Horse Riding School is our brand new attraction! We have horses and ponies at our farm, for those who enjoy riding (the beginners and kids are welcome!). 
If you like the nature sports, there are many opportunities including, hiking, trekking, cycling, mountain biking, and, bird-watching, where you may be able to spot various species of birds, on different months of the year.
