And the problem is that nobody is communicating about my rights...so nobody knows what my rights are. Forums, Insurances,...everybody has a different version! That’s why I’m upset.

And no, I didn’t get any cancellation mail or notification.
The refund could take a month or two, I don’t care as long as it’s done. But I just want a clear and official answer that it is really cancelled so I can stop worrying.
Time is passing by, and we are left ignorant.

We are belgian citizens.
We booked a travel to Turkey in novembre 2019 with Anex Tour, through HolidayCheck.
Our travel begins the 20th of augustus.
Travels were canceled by AT to the 10th...and then Germany opened their flights to Antalya...Problem is that belgian citizens are strictly not allowed to travel to Turkey!
Anex Tour does'nt answer to anyting! Neither phone calls nor mails!
Minitry of Foreign Affairs of Belgium and Turkey confirm we are not allowed to go.
Insurance does'nt cover anything because it's the responsibility of the travel operator.
They said that AT has to cancel our travel and refund it...but AT is shamefully silent.
It's been now a week a try to contact them...
I wrote a mail to Holidaycheck aswell, no answer by now...
Our travel costs more than 4000 euros.We are totally abandoned...

Das Außenministerium von Belgien und der Türkei bestätigt, dass wir nicht gehen dürfen.
Die Versicherung deckt nichts ab, da dies in der Verantwortung des Reiseveranstalters liegt.
Sie sagten, dass AT unsere Reise stornieren und erstatten muss ... aber AT schweigt beschämend.
Es ist jetzt eine Woche ein Versuch, sie zu kontaktieren ...
Ich habe auch eine Mail an Holidaycheck geschrieben, bis jetzt keine Antwort ...
Unsere Reise kostet mehr als 4000 Euro.Wir sind total verlassen ...
