Everything a room needs, such as air conditioning, a refrigerator, a bathroom, a desk and several seating options such as a sofa, a terrace... And, of course, a bed in which we slept very well.

The JAZ Grand Marsa resort in Marsa Alam is extremely attractively designed and impresses with its spacious resort facilities and a very extensive buffet with an additional outdoor barbecue. As someone with allergies, I know from my own experience that it can be difficult to find suitable food and obtain the necessary information. I was therefore all the more impressed by the extraordinary commitment of the kitchen manager, Mr Wael Allam. Despite having a large kitchen team of 79 people who cater for around 1,100 guests every day, he personally took care of my individual needs with remarkable attention to detail – at breakfast, lunch and dinner, and even outside of regular meal times. Such attentive and professional service is by no means a standard occurrence. Thanks to this care, I was able to enjoy my stay to the fullest and have a carefree, worry-free holiday. The kitchen offers an impressive selection of dishes not only for allergy sufferers, but also for all other guests, so that everyone can find something to suit their taste. I would particularly like to highlight the desserts, which are prepared with a lot of love and creativity. Their variety and presentation are tempting – you are spoilt for choice! My sincere thanks go to Mr. Wael Allam and his entire team for their excellent work and attentive service. The rest of the staff throughout the resort are also extremely friendly and always endeavour to ensure the well-being of their guests. An ideal place to truly relax and feel completely at ease.
