MAIN FEATURES FOR ALL AREAS:
Basically strengthened / specialized cleaning and distance rules in all of our public areas. The recommended distance of 1.5 meters between guests and employees within the entire hotel complex must be respected and adhered to
Frequent disinfection of all public and non-public areas with the special cleaning agents certified by HACCP
Effective and constant cleaning of objects with a high touch (e.g. reception counters, door handles, sink handles, TV remote controls, elevator buttons, payment card readers, ATMs, etc.)
Occupancy of the elevator only with a small number of people, according to the general regulations of the respective country
Placement of sufficient land disinfection stations throughout the facility for guests and employees
Installation of temperature control stations at the entrances to all hotels and restaurants.
Placement of information boards and material to explain behavior and rules in our hotels in high-traffic areas
EMPLOYEES:
A specially trained employee for the environment and hygiene provides support in every hotel
All employees are required to wear protective masks and, if necessary, gloves
All hotels receive guidelines including training for all employees before their first arrival
TRAINING:
All employees subsequently receive regular training on the prevention of COVID-19
TEMPERATURE CHECKS:
Provision of infrared thermometers in order to be able to easily carry out temperature controls for employees, suppliers and guests, especially in the entrance areas and in closed rooms, such as restaurants etc.
LOBBY:
More space thanks to fewer seats and with a safe distance
A prevention plan, along with an emergency and quarantine plan, was drawn up for each house
Handing out an information sheet for guests with the national regulations
RECEPTION:
Set up protection systems such as partitions and distance points at the reception and counters
RESTAURANTS AND BARS:
Reduction of the number of seats in the restaurants, possibly fixing of meal times
Restaurant opening times have been extended. Guests are accompanied to their previously set table
Use of disposable paper or cardboard items
Opening of the à la carte restaurant (s) if required
A maximum number of people is set for the bars
Drinks are only served - there are no self-service containers / machines
The distance in the restaurants / bars should be at least 2 meters (6.5 ft) between groups / families not traveling together. We recommend a maximum occupancy of one person per 2.5 square meters
ENTERTAINMENT:
Depending on its size, the Mini Club will only be able to accommodate up to 8 children with registration
Only low-contact events, sports and games with a small number of participants are offered (e.g. no football or water polo)
Use of the fitness room is only possible with registration and compliance with the maximum occupancy depending on the space available. Reduction of the number of devices
ROOM:
Extensive cleaning and disinfection. Removal of stationery, decorative pillows and other decorative materials
Cleaning by specifically trained employees with the necessary protective equipment provided by us
POOLS AND BEACH:
More space as fewer guests are allowed in the pool
Distance rules also apply to the use of loungers and the beach, depending on national requirements, but at least 1.5 meters between the loungers / berths
In general: wearing a face mask is based on the respective national regulations! Please inform yourself before departure!
DIGITAL INFORMATION:
We promote and support the use of digital media such as televisions or screens to disseminate general information about the hotel, menus, brochures and all available services, as well as the hygiene and cleaning regulations to be followed, and to make it easily available.
