Verdeblu Residence is composed by 10 apartments, two and three-roomed flats. The area is provided with a large garden, swimming pool with sun-beds and umbrellas, windsurfs and bikes depot, a large private parking with electronic surveillance, new “Technogym” gym, barbecue zone with tables and benches and a laundry room in common. All the apartments are pleasantly furnished and are provided with air conditioned, safe and independent entrance. The two-roomed apartments (about 50 sqm) are arranged with 1 bedroom and a double divan bed in the living room, suitable for up to 5 people. They are equipped with flat screen TV, PC, satellite channels, wi-fi connection, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, electric boiler, shower and hair dryer. The three-roomed apartments (about 80 sqm) are arranged with 2 bedrooms and double divan bed in the living room, suitable for up to 7 people. The internal equipment is the same as above. The beauty and wellness area can satisfy the most demanding clients!
